Our fenders are custom-fit and seamlessly formed around corners to enhance both appearance and performance. This improves protection, impact absorption, and resistance to wear. A selection of premium topcoats is available, along with the option to integrate logos directly into the fender for a refined, branded look.
Tailor-Made with Full Design Freedom
Every fender is uniquely engineered to fit the vessel’s hull and intended usage. We can manufacture fenders in one continuous piece—any shape, any length up to 20 meters (longer on request).
Whether you're working from 2D CAD, 3D CAD, a physical template, or need on-site measurements, we support both new builds and retrofits. By fine-tuning material properties, we ensure a perfect contact area and adaptability to any hull form.
Ultra-Light Construction
Our fender systems are up to 12 times lighter than traditional rubber fenders. The reduced weight helps improve handling and contributes to achieving the vessel’s top performance speeds.
We also provide tailor-made fender systems for light weight workboats, Search and Rescue (SAR) vessels and windfarm support vessels.
