Fender Innovations of Wieringerwerf, manufacturers of lightweight fender systems for fast-sailing vessels, has completed a commercially important acquisition. The new partner is PolyMarine Service based in Vlaardingen, manufacturers of cast fender systems for slightly heavier workboats. Both companies will form part of the Fender Innovations Group.

The 7th of may Fender Innovations was visited by a delegation of the ministry of economics consisting of the North-West regional ambassador, senior policy officer, senior strategic advisor and the city council member of economics.
This visit is the result of the strong innovative role Fender innovations, since it's foundation in 2012, has taken in the Fendering business, with their continuously innovating fender concepts.
